Hose pumps belong to the category of peristaltic pumps. Peristaltic pump is a type of rotor positive displacement pump. It is named because its working principle is similar to that of the digestive tract to transport gas, solid and liquid three-phase media in a peristaltic manner. Designers and users of tube pumps first value its ability to transport strong abrasive media.
The hose pump has no valve and no seal. The only part in contact with the medium is the inner cavity of the rubber hose. The rotor of the compressed hose is completely independent of the medium. No leakage and no pollution, no additional lubrication is required when using rolling technology. The hose pump has better self-priming ability and can almost produce a perfect vacuum to suck liquid. Transporting gas-containing liquids and foamed liquids without air resistance; transporting high-viscosity, shear-sensitive media is also a strong point; transporting fluids with high viscosity and impurities will not cause blockage.

Product technical indicators:
★When the process conditions are intermittent production and there is no quantitative requirement, the rated flow of the selected pump can be greater than the actual required flow.
★When the process conditions are continuous production, the actual required flow rate should be basically consistent with the rated flow rate of the pump. If the flow rate is required to be adjustable, a pump with frequency conversion speed regulation can be selected.
★The use temperature of ordinary hoses is less than or equal to 100℃, considering that heat will be generated during the production process, it is generally used in common conditions where the medium temperature is less than 80℃. If the ventilation (or cooling) heat dissipation conditions are good, the medium temperature can reach 100 ℃. If the temperature of the material is greater than 100℃, a special heat-resistant glue is required.
★The inlet and outlet of the pump are in the same direction, and the inlet and outlet are interchangeable, which can be determined according to the piping and actual conditions.
★The inlet and outlet connections of the pump include flange connection and socket connection.
★The inlet and outlet ports of the double-pipe pump are also single ports.
